Honey Balsamic Glazed Air Fried Brussels Sprouts
Spruce up your veggie side with these Honey Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts! This is another one of those go-to recipes that I’ve been making SO much recently. It’s just so quick and easy to throw together, and it really makes the perfect side to go with almost any meal.
Brussels sprouts have definitely grown to become one of my favorite vegetables over the past several years; there’s something about that satisfying crisp of the slightly burnt outside that’s just so good. Not to mention, they’re high in fiber and vitamins such as vitamin C and K and are just an all around healthy food to have in your diet.
Though, no matter how many nutrients they’re packed with...I think we can all agree there’s not much that’s less appetizing than a mushy pile of boiled sprouts. That will be a no from me. But when done right, brussels sprouts can be absolutely delicious. Air fried to perfection, this recipe gives you perfectly cooked and crispy brussels sprouts that you’ll actually want to finish. Who knows, you might even want seconds.
The glaze only calls for 3 ingredients, and it’s sweet, tangy, and just a little bit spicy. This recipe is paleo friendly, and could be made vegan friendly if you swap out the honey for maple syrup. Toss your crispy sprouts in the glaze and serve them up as a side with some chicken for a tasty dinner. I personally find that they go excellently with my Paleo Air Fryer Chicken Tenders!
